Yes, since we do not charge anything extra for onboarding support, integrations, training, etc., we are currently only able to onboard clients with a minimum annual contract of $6000 across all our plans. We are actively working on preparing a lightweight self-serve option to support smaller startups and SMBs. Please bear with us in the interim.
All contracts are annual and recurring with upfront payments. You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Yes! We can curate volume packages for organizations planning to leverage Mesh for over 100 people. Our sales team will work with you to build a plan together for a strategic partnership.
If you are in the early stages of building your performance management program and are mainly looking to digitize goal setting and performance reviews, Foundations is a good place to start. If your organization is looking to progress towards continuous performance management practices with 1:1s and manager coaching, our ‘Growth’ plan will work well. Lastly, if you are someone who is ready to focus on developing and nurturing talent beyond merely managing performance, the ‘Excellence’ plan would work for you.
This is not possible. After working with 100s of organizations and observing what worked and didn’t work to help them achieve their performance management outcomes, we believe that the 3 plans offer the right mix of practices for an organization to be successful and merely adding an ad-hoc feature doesn’t work.
